Integration Services
We provide Practical Help and Emotional Support to women working in prostitution, and provide directional support for opportunities to Education, Vocational Training and Alternative Employment. Assistance is also provided to pay for the accommodation of those who already live in these circumstances in hotels/bars to start new life.
Our services are not limited to those subjected to prostitution. If you or a loved one are trapped in difficult circumstances, please we will also tend you with open arms.

Scholarship/Sponsorship
The Mercy Ministry for Divine Intervention Sponsorship Program encourages and assists women leaving the hotels/bars to engage in vocational training or further education. We also aim to reduce the number of young girls “at risk” of entering prostitution by finding other employment. One of the main reasons for these innocent girls becoming involved in prostitution is due to little or no education, and has insufficient employable skills to have adequate job options. This program is dedicated to helping these women and children leave these types of environments.
Mercy Ministry for Divine Intervention Sponsorship Program provides women an opportunity to leave prostitution and train for better employment. Sponsorship costs can vary depending on the course of study the woman or child wishes to pursue as well as her personal and family situation. In some cases, we need to help provide for their children.
Cost: Generally we consider that $50 per month is necessary to cover living and training expenses of a woman in Nigeria. Full or partial sponsorship or a onetime gift is urgently needed to support these brave women in their decision to leave the sex industry.
One aspect of providing accommodation for these candidates is finding safe accommodation. Mercy Ministry for Divine Intervention has a goal of purchasing a house where candidates can help encourage and support each other in a shared house. This purchase requires approximately $10,000 USD and will be funded by MMFDI and donations.
Sponsorship is not merely financial aid but also a way in which the sponsor can become involved in the spiritual life and development of participants. Volunteer support and letters of support are most welcome.
